We're excited to launch our new Boarding services at Hounds of the Hood! Our team are thrilled to spend even more time with your pups - 24/7!
As this a new service, we are commencing with a trial period to begin with. While we are trialling this service, please complete the enquiry form below or email / call us at info@houndsofthehood.com.au or 0480 034 133 to enquire about availability and obtain a quote.
We have limited spots available for Boarding to ensure that all pups get the attention they deserve during their stay, so best to get in early!
What you need to know:
To keep all our guests safe and happy, please ensure your pup meets the following criteria:

Vaccinations: Up-to-date proof of C5 vaccination.

Parasite Prevention: Current on flea, tick, and worming treatments.

Trial Day: If your dog hasn’t visited previously, we’ll need a half-day assessment first at a cost of $50.

Emergency Contact: We require a local secondary contact person for the duration of the stay.

Check-in & Check-out: Drop-offs and pick ups are between 7:00am and 9:00am and 4:30pm and 6:30pm, 7 days a week.
What to pack:
To help your pup settle in, please pack and label the following items:

Food & Medications: Enough regular food for the stay and any meds with clear instructions.

Comfort Item: A favourite blanket or a T-shirt that smells like home.

Familiar Toy: One or two durable toys.

Lead & Collar: A sturdy lead and a well-fitted collar with an ID tag.

Crate: If your dog sleeps in a crate, please feel free to bring it along, otherwise crates will be provided.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking being confirmed. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
If you need to cancel your booking, a minimum of 7 days notice is required. If you cancel within the 7 day notice period, your deposit is not refundable.
